This company is promoted by a visionary Shri S.S. Gupta. The story goes that sometime in the year 2012, Shri S.S. Gupta read an article – “aaj ka roti , kal ka roti” in a leading national daily. The article brought out certain insight into the quality of wheat flour in the market and how it affects the consuming public. In his quest to set the right the issue undertook journey across the world covering over 10 countries to find out exactly how the world was tackling the quality of wheat flour. In the end he came to the conclusion that the wheat when grounded using Indian traditional chakkis the flour turned out to be good in quality and freshness.
Chakkis are traditional stone grinding tools used by Indians of yore.ground between two millstones, contains a natural balance of starch, vitamins & fibers. Grain is ground in a single pass through – retaining and integrating the wheat germ oil. Nothing is taken away or added – whole grain goes in – wholegrain flour comes out.
